You get the full draft with two headline options and our notes on what we cut.
Day 8
Second pass
Your edits go in. Round two is the last one included in the price.
Day 10

Final files, the invoice balance, and a one-page note on what to test first.
04 — Start here
Say what the jar does. Say it once. Stop.
Send us the formula and the page you have now. We answer weekdays, 11am to 6pm, usually the same afternoon.
05 — The redline
One line, marked up
If a line would not survive on the jar, it does not go on the page.
Wovelle house rule
Before
Our luxurious, transformative serum awakens your skin’s natural radiance.
After
5% niacinamide and squalane. Two drops after cleansing, morning and night. Patch test on day one.
What changed: a number, a method, and a precaution. Three words had no job, so they went.
Before the call
What to send with your brief
- 01The full ingredient list, in label order.
- 02Your current page, or the link to the draft.
- 03Three customer emails, good or bad.
- 04Anything your formulator won’t let you say.
- 05One competitor’s page you wish you’d written.
06 — Questions
What founders ask first
Is this legal or regulatory advice?
No. We write to claims you can support and flag lines that read as drug claims. Your regulatory advisor still signs off before anything goes live.
How does billing work?
Per project, by invoice. Half is due to start, half on delivery. Pay by ACH or card; there is no retainer and no subscription.
Can you work before I’ve launched?
Yes, and it is the easier time. A formula, a price point and a rough idea of the customer is enough to begin.
What if the draft misses?
Two edit rounds are included. If you need a third, it is $210 and we keep the same turnaround.
Do you write for brands that aren’t skincare?
Wellness, yes: supplements, teas, bodycare, candles. If it goes on or in a body and has an ingredient list, we can read it.
07 — Send the brief
Tell us what you’re making
A few lines is enough. We reply weekdays between 11am and 6pm with a date for the brief call and a firm price.
